• A lost, stolen or altered gift card will not be replaced, refunded or redeemed.
• Once activated the gift card is:
  • redeemable for merchandise at Just Jeans stores and online in the country of issue;
  • not redeemable for cash and is not a negotiable instrument;
  • not able to be reloaded;
  • partially redeemable.
• Gift cards expire three years after the issue date or until no amount remains on the gift card.
• Cash, refunds or credits will not be given for any unused amount after the gift card expires.

Redemption Locations:

• Online: You can use your gift card for online purchases at justjeans.jgl.com.au.
• In-Store: You can use your gift card at any Just Jeans store in Australia.

Redeeming Online:

• During checkout, enter the gift card number and PIN (located on the back of the card).

Redeeming In-Store:

• Simply present the gift card at the checkout counter.
• If you have an eGift card, you can print it or scan it from your mobile device.
