Terms and conditions

• A Gift Card may be redeemed to purchase goods and services from www.ripcurl.com/au/ online or within Rip Curl branded physical stores.
• On presentation of a Gift Card at checkout online, the customer must enter their Gift Card code and PIN into the appropriate field and apply.
• If the purchase price exceeds the balance of the Gift Card, the Gift card holder must pay the difference using another payment method.
• If the purchase price is less than the balance of the Gift Card, the balance on your Gift Card will be reduced by the purchase.
• No change will be given if the balance of the Gift Card is greater than the purchase price, and any remaining balance on the Gift Card may only be used in whole or in part against future purchases prior to the expiry date.
• A Gift Card expires 3 years from the date of issue.
• Any balance remaining on an Gift Card after the expiry date will not be able to be redeemed by the Gift Cardholder.
• The Gift Card balance and expiry date may be checked at any time by - contacting the Issuer on Ph: 1014300 989 or via Check Balance page
• A Gift Card cannot be re-activated at any time.
• A Gift Card cannot be reloaded, used for cash advances or redeemed for cash.
• A Gift Card cannot be used to purchase other Gift Cards.
• A Gift Card cannot be exchanged for a different brand, denomination or type of Gift Card.
