Simply go to your ShopBack app, or download it, and go to the Gift Cards section. Select your Gift Card and click on "apply promo" before making the purchase. Your $5 promo code will appear here every month, starting from the day you first sign up to ShopBack Plus.

How do I know which Cashback rates apply to me?
You may check the Cashback rates under Plus on the brands’ page.

What is Plus Day?
Once a month, a select group of brands will offer up to 10x higher than normal Cashback - exclusive to ShopBack Plus members. We call this Plus Day, coming soon 1 October 2024.

How do I renew or cancel my subscription?
Once you’ve opted in, your ShopBack Plus subscription will auto-renew every month after the trial period. We’ll deduct the subscription fee from your Cashback balance or linked debit or credit card. Because ShopBack Plus lets you earn higher Cashback, you’ll likely earn enough to cover the subscription fee. Don’t worry, you can cancel any time by going to Account > ShopBack Plus.
