  • Any bookings for Six Senses properties, IHG Army hotels, and Kimpton properties in North and South America
  • Any booking with negotiated rates such as IHG Employee Rate, IHG AARP Membership Rate, Canada Government Rate, Chase Anniversary Night, Chase Free Night Flex Rate, and Groups and Meetings, IHG Friends & Family
  • Any bookings paid with IHG Reward Club Points (Rewards Nights, Royal Ambassador/Ambassador Rewards Nights)
  • Any bookings with an additional discount such as voucher codes, student discount, staff discount
  • Items specified in this list
  • Any Gift Card, Voucher or store credit purchase
  • Any Gift Card or Voucher redemption
  • Other loyalty programmes unless otherwise stated
  • Vouchers or Promo codes not featured on our platform
  • Fees · Taxes · Service charges · Booking fees · Credit card charges

Refunds, cancellations and no-shows

  • No-shows and any booking changes that lead to a change in the booking ID will not be eligible for Cashback.
