• Card will expire 3 years from the date of issue.
• Keep the card secure.
• Cards are not refundable or redeemable online or at concession and stockist stores.
• Lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced or redeemed.
• Gift Cards are partially redeemable. Within the Gift Card’s validity period, any available balance can be used for multiple purchases at any participating restaurants.

HOW TO USE

1. Click “See Voucher” to start the process
2. Enter your details to register your digital card in the “My Prepaid Centre” and click Next
3. Set a PIN and password to create an account for easy retrieval of the card in future 
4. Access the Card
1. Option 1: Email: Check your email with the subject “My Prepaid Centre Card Registration Success” and click “Retrieve Card”
2. Option 2: Website: Login to the “My Prepaid Centre” website with the details created above
5. To Use The Card
1. Online: Click the “Eye” to reveal the card details to use online
1. Use by entering the required information on the Checkout page.
2. Please note that online merchants cannot perform split tender payments, so the amount of the purchase needs to be less or equal to the value of the card.
3. If the amount of your purchase is greater than the value of your card, please use the exchange card service to make a purchase.
2. Instore Option 1: Click the “Eye” to reveal the card details to use online
1. Copy card number, CCV & expiry manually into your phone's wallet.
3. Instore Option 2: Click “View Details”, then “More” then “Add Card to Wallet”
1. If the value of the purchase is more than the amount of the gift card, you can supplement the additional value with cash or another payment method that is accepted by the merchant.
2. Certain retailers may not be available for this functionality.

Your Restaurant Choice Digital eGift card must be registered via the registration link on the email you receive to activate your Gift Card so it’s ready to use.

When paying your restaurant bill, present your gift card to the restaurant and let them know what amount you wish to pay with your gift card. You can choose to either pay the full bill with your gift card (if your balance is sufficient), or you can split the payment between your gift card and another payment method.

Your Restaurant Choice Gift Card works the same as a Visa debit card. It can be used at thousands of restaurants, bars, cafes & fast-food establishments that accept EFTPOS or Visa cards around Australia.
