Terms & Conditions

• The Cheesecake Shop gift cards can be used both online and in store
• Currently for online orders the order needs to be equal or less than the gift card amount. Split payment is not available for online payment. For orders more than the gift card value can be redeemed in-store
• TCS gift cards have 3 years validity
• Any order placed by you in the manner described in the Site is an offer by you to purchase a particular product or service for the price (including other charges) specified on this site at the time you place your order.
• You acknowledge that, by placing your order, you are agreeing to pay for the goods ordered.
• Order cancellations cannot be made on the Site.
• You agree that the Supplier may change the prices published on the Site at any time.
• Prices of products placed in the basket but not paid for are also subject to change and you agree to pay the price current at the time of payment

Online: You will be prompted to provide your Gift Card information during the Payment Information stage of the checkout process. Order must be less than or equal to gift card value.

In Store: Simply present your Gift Card when paying for your cake.
