• The brands and denominations of the ShopBack Super Swap eGift Card are subject to change without prior notice.
• Exchange your ShopBack Super Smart eGift Card for any available retailer Gift Card of your choice! Must exchange for a Gift Card of an equal amount.
• ShopBack Super Smart eGift Card has a 36-month expiry date for users to redeem the value for a Retailer Gift Card of choice.
• Once the new Gift Card has been selected new expiry dates will be set and terms and conditions apply to the specific Retailer Gift Card chosen.
• Some denominations are not valid at some retailers

Redemption Instructions

1. Head to the "Purchases" tab of the ShopBack App
2. Find the ShopBack Super Swap Card you purchased and click "See Voucher"
3. When new window opens, click on `Swap it Now' and select a retailer of your choice from the range of brands available.
4. Choose how much to swap to that retailer gift card (you can save some for later).
5. Confirm Swap. Your selected retailer gift card will be instantly available. You can view this retailer card online or download the gift card as a PDF.
