How to use

You can use your AUD e-Gift Card(s) on the Australian version of Hotels.com. Cards may not be redeemed for cash.
Cards will not be replaced if lost or stolen. Treat this card like cash.
You must redeem your gift card on hotels.com at the time of booking.
Bookings are subject to availability and the hotel's terms and conditions.
This e-Gift Card can't be used for: Bookings paid for at the hotel Bookings made over the phone Package bookings i.e. hotel + flight Bookings made through Group Travel Services
Bookings made prior to receipt of this e-Gift Card Card will expire 3 years after the date it was purchased.
Available card balance only to be used for online payment of new hotel bookings at au.Hotels.com.
Only one gift card can be redeemed per online booking, but multiple gift cards may be combined into one gift card with a maximum value of AUD2500 by visiting the balance transfer tab found at https://hotels.jigsawbusinesssolutions.com/au/en-au/balance
Not redeemable at hotel locations or if you choose the Pay at Hotel option online. Not redeemable towards existing bookings.
Not redeemable for Packages i.e. hotel + flight or bookings made through the “Groups and Meetings” tab.
Not reloadable. Card cannot be exchanged or refunded for cash. Lost, stolen or damaged cards cannot be replaced.
