We calculate Cashback based on the purchase price, excluding:

• Fees
• Taxes
• Shipping and delivery fees
• Any amounts paid using store credit redemption

This Cashback deal is not valid together with:

• Any Gift Card, Voucher or store credit purchase
• Any Gift Card or Voucher redemption
• Vouchers or Promo codes not featured on ShopBack

Any exceptions will be at the store's discretion.

If you use a Gift Card, Voucher, Promo or store credit to pay for purchase, the value of the Voucher or Promo will not qualify for Cashback. The balance you pay will still be eligible. If the balance is $0, you'll not earn Cashback on the purchase.

• Final Cashback amount will reflect modified orders and out of stock items. Cashback is only valid on final invoiced amount.
• Capped Cashback will be specified on a promo by promo basis.
• Minimum spend for Coles fulfillment applies, unless a minimum spend is otherwise stated.
• Orders modified for collection/delivery date more than 7 days after the initial purchase date will not qualify for cashback.
• Order cut-off times apply (incl. 1am Sat/Sun in some stores on weekends)
• Increased Cashback promotions are only valid for orders placed before 11:59pm AEST on the final day stated for the promotion period.
• Reseller activity is not eligible for cashback.
