*Up to $680 Cashback Terms and Conditions: Eligible Customers will receive from ShopBack ABN 97620158929 (ShopBack) up to $680 Cashback on the following terms and conditions.

• Eligibility: An Eligible Customer must: (i) not have held Bupa health insurance in the 60 days prior to join date; (ii) take out an Eligible Bupa Health Insurance Policy, which is a single, single parent, single parent plus, couple, family or family plus combined Domestic Hospital and Extras product or packaged product issued by Bupa via the ShopBack platform (please ensure that all cookies are enabled and accepted); (iii) maintain this policy and make all required payments for 60 consecutive days (by direct debit) before the Cashback amount will be applied in the third month from the join date, the amount of Cashback you are entitled to is dependent on the value of your first year’s premiums for the Eligible Bupa Health Insurance Policy you hold in the third month after joining (including any applicable Age Based Discount, Lifetime Health Cover loading or Australian Government rebates); and (iv) provide a valid email address.
